Wet waxed papers have a continous film on one or both surfaces. Chilling the wax as soon as possible after the application produces these papers. Different waxes and blends can be used depending on the end use requirements.

Dry Wax Paper

Dry waxed papers are menufactured by applying wax to one or both sides of the sheet. Butter wrap, gum wrap, and souffle cups are processed this way
