The pulp that BPM manufactures its paper with is a mixed office waste material. The same paper that you write on, print on, use in everyday life, use in your office or at home and schools is bought, re-cycled, de-inked and brought through the BPM paper making process. Totally 100% Processed Chlorine Free from start to finish.
BPM’s 100% Post Consumer papers have been to the end user, brought back and remade into paper again…..a true recycled paper.
The competition has their so-called recycled paper. A paper that has never been to the end user. It is a process where they take virgin, scrap, and damaged papers that they have produced off of their paper machines or others and rerun it back through.

We do all of this and still maintain a high quality paper that is produced in a white brightness of 92. This sheet is also available in limited pastel colors. Color matching is also available. This paper is available in sheeted products and rolls.
BPM makes this product in copy, laser jet and inkjet in weights of 20#, 24# and 28#. Sizes range from 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, 11 x 17 and 17 x 11, ream wrapped in plain white paper and packed in cartons. We can also loose pack in cartons and custom carton pack if needed. Private custom labeling is also available.
Folio size sheeting is also available. This is done off of our precision Maxson Sheeter. With accuracy to +/- 0.03125". This can be bulk packed on skids or packed into cartons. We also have guillotine-trimming capabilities.
BPM offers rolls for the printing industry, both in smooth or vellum finishes, in weights of 40#, 50#, 60#, 70# and weights in between. BPM rolls have outside diameters ranging from 24" to 60" with core sizes of 3", 5" or 6".

BPM also has custom hole punching capabilities, medical report form pre-punched papers, GBC pre-punched papers, VeloBind pre-punched papers and papers with side punching. At present, these items are sold in truckload quantities.

Last but not least, BPM also has a Flexible Packaging and Printing Division. We can print on literally any substrate, both in and out of the paper industry. Including FDA inks, water base, solvent based inks, water resistant, heat resistant, freeze thaw resistant, fade resistant, rub resistant and grease resistant inks. Key processes are: 65" wide web and up to 8-colors.
